We are getting ready for the Hand Knitters day at Brunswick Town Hall this coming Saturday 29th May 10am-3pm. Pam is out in the Dye Shed frantically trying to stock up on her beautiful hand dyes (see the Lara Downs website) while I am adding to our stock of lovely Touch Yarn in Kid Mohair and Merino.
The hardest decision will be "Which colour?" for that next project you have in mind.
Look forward to seeing you at the show on Saturday or the shop will be open as usual 11-4pm.
Another date to keep in mind is 5th June for our Introduction to Felting workshop. This promises to be a wonderful introduction to the basics and possibilities of wet felting. Even if you have had some felting experience, every Tutor can teach you something new and Catherine Byatt of Feltazia will inspire you. It will be held at Precious Purl 1.30-3.30pm and costs just $40, which includes all materials.
